Anupam Srivastava is firms' lead civil litigator and is one of the founding members. He brings to the Firm over 17 years of experience. He has an LL.B. from Delhi University and was enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in 1991.

He has written and edited several books, including the 9th edition of The Transfer of Property Act by Sir D.F. Mulla; the 16th edition of the Code of Civil Procedure by Sir D.F. Mulla. Almost all Mulla books were first published around 100 years ago. He has edited the 16th edition of Mulla on Code of Civil Procedure. This work is in four volumes spanning over 5000 pages. The various editions of the book were published between the years 2001 to 2003. This work is viewed as an authority by the legal community. This is indeed a commendable task given that the Code of Civil Procedure is a mammoth statute.

He has authored another book titled 'Legal Ways of Money Recovery - A Hand Book'. This book gives a practical insight into money recovery while also dealing with different legislations. It deals with execution of money decrees passed by the civil courts, Debt Recovery Tribunals and Arbitral Tribunals. This work makes for an interesting read for the debtors and creditors alike, dealing with insolvency laws and winding up provisions and also provides practice solutions on money recovery. The book was a runaway success selling over a 1000 copies within first four months.

Anupam Srivastava authored the much needed, "Real Estate Investment- A Legal Perspective". This work delineates the expanse of immovable property transactions including Sale, Gift, Mortgage, Exchange and Lease. It is a one stop shop solution to all real estate transactions. It also deals with ancillary issues such as stamp duty registration requisites and income tax laws. Interestingly and importantly this books also dwells into the much sought after area of Foreign Exchange Management Act. Its a must read for all Indian nationals, foreign citizens, NRIs, in effect everyone really!! This book was released in 2007 and received wide acclaim from legal and business fraternity.

He revisited the subject of his choice, the Code of Civil Procedure, after about eight years. His first book on this subject was released in 2002. The knowledge of Code of Civil Procedure has given him an edge in his Advocacy skills. He co-authored another book on Code of Civil Procedure which was released in January, 2010 simultaneously on kindle and hard bound version. The book was released by Honble Mr. Justice Madan J Lokur and Honble Mr. Justice A.K.Sikri, Judges of Delhi High Court. This book is historic, being the first law book from India, which is released on Kindle. The book is already regarded as a treaty on the subject of Code of Civil Procedure.

Anupam Srivastava's expertise transcends all areas of civil practice including money recoveries, real estate law, marriage, divorce, succession and adoption laws. He heads our Banking and NBFC Division which specializes in money recoveries. He has a wide range of experience in adjudication of commercial disputes including debt recoveries by and against Bankers, Financial Institutions, and NBFCS.

Anupam Srivastava is a specialist in post decree executions and is very successfully running programmes with various Banks and NBFC in reducing their NPA (Non Performing Assets). He also represents clients before the Debt Recovery Tribunal and other civil courts. He also successfully leads the due diligence team, which has carried out several due diligence, particularly in areas relating to mortgages and legal financial profiling of debtors. As any good litigator, his knowledge of the Code of Civil Procedure is outstanding. Hindu personal laws is a field he enjoys, be it matters relating to adoption, partition of properties, succession laws, marriage and divorce, guardianship, maintenance and others.
